At Brain Potential Institute, each session is 50 minutes long and begin on the half-hour. 

Off Peak Sessions are any VOLT session Monday through Friday from 9:30AM Central Time to 3:30PM Central time. 

Note: Peak sessions are 7:30AM-9:30AM and 3:30PM to 6:30PM Monday through Friday as well as 9:30-3:30 on Saturday.

Premium sessions are Sunday sessions, onsite sessions and any session after 7:30PM Monday through Friday or after 3:30 on Saturday.
